I love to dance, I love high energy music and I love Zumba because I have seen how it can help people develop healthier minds and bodies. I have my own Zumba style, I love to find new exciting choreography that is easy to follow but keeps you moving and sweating. I can teach to all levels, and also have y Zumbathon.
