Maria has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years.  Her innovative workout programs demonstrate her love and passion for what she does best - inspire us to move our bodies, create unique workouts that balance strength and flexibility, educate proper form and body awareness to prevent injury, and improve our overall performance and well-being.  Maria specializes in Pilates, yoga, Performance Coaching, and functional movement skills to transform ones body, mind, and spirit. She is the creator of the Plyo Pilates Method (unique fusion of Pilates, yoga, martial arts, primal movement), a master trainer for Total Gym, and is a freelance writer for fitness accredited articles. Maria demonstrates her knowledge daily and uses her dynamic creativity to motivate and inspire all walks of life to achieve their ultimate goals.
