Jesse Wilhite

My name is Jesse Wilhite. I am a 26 year old male personal trainer that lives in Columbia, Missouri. I work at a gym in Columbia and most of time is spent training or furthering my education. I am a Personal Trainer, Kickboxing Instructor, and Bootcamp Instructor. I work with a wide vareity of clients ranging from young adults to senior citizens. My training included cardiovascular, resistance, stretching, and also breathing and relaxation exercises.
