OBJECTIVES
To teach yoga in a safe and fun way to help my students experience the joy and freedom that my yoga practice has afforded me over the years. I have a strong focus in alignment based Vinyasa Flow and Power Vinyasa Yoga as well as Traditional Hatha Yoga. I use creative sequencing to encourage students to explore their edge and the depths of Pantanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga.
