Drew has been involved in fitness and athletics throughout his entire life and developed a passion for helping others live a healthier lifestyle as he completed his BS in Physical Education at Youngstown State University. At Youngstown, he was a member of the track and field team for four years and gained valuable experience in understanding training methods used to increase athletic performance. In 2010, he took his love for fitness and wellness a step further by earning his MS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.

As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Drew has experience working with a wide variety of populations such as weight loss clients, athletes, seniors, rehabilitation clients, and children. He is knowledgeable in performing fitness assessments and using the collected data to develop personalized exercise programs. He is driven to make exercise fun and create challenging workouts, while serving each client as a trainer, educator, and motivator. His multifaceted approach to fitness and wellness assures that his clients meet their goals while increasing their health, happiness, and success.
