STATEMENT

Starting from the age of six with gymnastics, a succession of disciplines quickly followed; amongst others athletics, karate, jazz and above all classical ballet, which by the age of fifteen took over my life.

Due to an injury some twenty years later, I was no longer able to continue with my ballet and discovered new disciplines as part of my healing process.

In 2004 I obtained my Diploma in Personal Training, Sport Massage Therapy and six other training modules, which include; Nutrition for Health & Fitness, Circuit Training, Body Massage certified by PREMIER TRAINING INTERNATIONAL in England.

In 2007 I obtained my Yogafit Teacher Training Certificate.

Having fulfilled a wide variety of roles within sports, fitness and health disciplines, I have always maintained a fascination with the human body and the adequate levels of fitness that it demands. I am constantly striving to further my knowledge and experience in this area by keeping up to date with new techniques and trends.
