Jamie Seabrook

Jamie Seabrook is a 6th Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo Karate, and also holds black belts in Modern Arnis and Black Dragon Kung-Fu. Jamie Seabrook's martial arts school in London, Ontario, which has been in operation since 1995, is the Canadian Representative school for the Chinese Karate Federation (CKF), an internation association ensuring that the highest standards are met in American Kenpo. Jamie Seabrook also teaches classes in  kickboxing, cardio kickboxing, circuit training, balance training, tai chi, and dynamic stretching. Over the past two decades, Jamie has taught children and adults of all ages, and is able to direct his teaching strategy to the appropriate age group. 

Jamie Seabrook has been training in martial arts for the past 27 years. He is a member of the Masters Hall of Fame (2000), and received his 6th Degree black belt directly under Grandmaster Larry Tatum (2004). Jamie Seabrook won the gold medal in Kenpo Karate Forms, and the silver medal in Fighting at the 2006 LTKKA World Kenpo Karate Championships in Baltimore, Maryland. He has also produced several world champion gold medalists, and continues to spread his martial arts knowledge via seminars locally, nationally, and internationally. He is also the author of two books "American Kenpo Mastery," and "Martial Arts Revealed." Jamie Seabrook will be completing his PhD in Sociology at the end of 2012. 

Jamie has been married to Chantel Seabrook for 11 years, and has two daughters, Morgan and Madison. In additon to their family's martial arts school, Jamie and his family are also highly involved in the competitive sporting community in London, Ontario, particularly, soccer and hockey.
