I have always been passionate about exercise and the way it affects every single person for the better. I became certified through AFAA in 2009 after realizing how much I wanted to help people achieve their goals and see results through fitness and healthy living. I love working with all different types of people, from early childhood to the senior population. I have attained very dedicated clients throughout my time at Vantage and now teach five classes a week including Cardio Sculpt,; Floor, core and more; and Step. I am enthusiastic about keeping workouts fresh and exciting, to break through plateaus and keep the body guessing. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm.
