I began teaching for Goodlife Fitness 8 years ago, receiving my first certification in Bodyflow®, a yoga, tai chi, pilates class. 6 months later I received certification in yoga, followed by Bodypump® six months after that, a barbell, high repitition complete body workout.

Eight years ago I was one of a handful of yoga instructors and was able to accumilate many hours. I have members who have taken my class as long as I've been teaching. Working for Goodlife you must be able to teach all levels and I believe this is one of the reasons my classes are popular. I want every member to  feel a sense of accomplishment, leaving my class having learned something new and wanting to return.

As the gym is never silent and my classes are often disturbed by loud noises or outside chatter, I tend to teach with a light sense of humor condusive to a more relaxed setting than traditional yoga studios.

I love what I do, sharing the benefits of yoga.
