I am a long time fitness enthusiast specializing in Group Fitness Instruction and Personal Training. I teach Cycling, Dance Aerobics, Step Aerobics, and Muscle Conditioning classes on a regular basis. I am dedicated at helping people succeed at becoming or staying fit and healthy while having fun and being safe.
I am a Group Fitness Manager at a club that holds over 75 classes per week.
I am ACE certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training. I have my Senior Fitness Specialist certification through ACE. I have my BARRE certification with Barre Above. I am also current in CPRand AED certifications.
