Tammy McDonald

 

Tammy's extensive education and experience in the fitness industry has spanned over 10 years.  An avid runner and coach for the Running Room programs, 5km to marathon distance training, she has inspired many to work towards their fitness goals and improve their overall conditioning. Her programs incorporate HITT principles, (high intensity interval training). These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition while making your body more efficient at burning fat. If your preference is a more gentle approach to fitness, McDonald can guide you through a yoga practice that will make you feel fitter, be more energetic, happier and peaceful.

Tammy has her yoga teaching training- 200 hours, certified 200 Hr YYT. She is also a Reiki Master and is passionate about energy and healing. 

McDonald is motivated by her two young boys to stay fit – they are very active so she needs to be fit to keep up with them!
