- Carlos Woods
Carlos Woods knows a thing or two (or shall we say three?) about winning. Before the age of 27, he won championships on the high school, collegiate and professional levels.
He earned a football scholarship to Delaware State University earning a B.A. in English. He went on to serve as run game coordinator/Assistant head coach for Landstown High School in Virginia Beach, Viginia, winning a State Championship.
He was hired as a graduate assistant at Penn State University under legendary Head Coach Joe Paterno, taking home a Masters in Health Education and a 2006 BCS Orange Bowl victory with the Nittany Lions.
His productivity on and off the field led him to an internship with the Indianapolis Colts as a coaching assistant, and a third championship, Superbowl XLI. He was hired on as the Defensive Quality Control Coach under Head Coach Tony Dungy in 2007.
Also in 2007, Carlos founded the Carlos Woods Foundation, an organization that holds football camps for inner city youth seeking to be empowered through sports and athletics.
Carlos prides himself on the relentless pursuit of his dreams, and his desire and ability to assist others in achieving theirs. His passion for coaching and training led him to launch Coach ME, LLC, where he helps his clients take their "game" to the next level, and win on all levels in life. His clients include professional, collegiate, and student athletes as well as individuals of all backgrounds looking to unleash their inner champion.
