I have six years teaching group instruction, spinning and personal training. Within the group dynamic, I specialize in strength training, circuit and bootcamp classes. As they rotate our clubs schedule, I also teach TRX and kickboxing. When training clients, I utilize all the above skill sets based on each client. I have enjoyed working with a variety of clientele: from active triathlete to beginner fitness levels, from overweight individuals to mature adults. I have run "bootcamp" activities at our local elementary school for many years having fun while educating younger children. Personally, I have had great success as a triathlete, figure competitor and enjoyed winter and summer hiking.
