Patricia Hines

my name is patricia hines and i m a 39 year old personal trainer specialist. i was born in jamaica and came to canada at the age of  five. one thing that i will say about myself is i love a challenge, love to experience new and positive things and i have a passion  for helping people, overall. i found my passion for training at the early age of 12 when i started working out at home doing a daily excercise show on tv. at the ge of 16 i joined my fist gym and never looked back, what can i say, i can never see myself doing anything else, this is what i love and i and many others agree that this is what i was born to do.
