Greg has been a fitness intstructor for 20+ years. He began his fitness career as a high impact aerobics instructor (Oh My!), then later moved to step aerobics for about eight years. Greg began teaching cycling for about the last 10 years. He describes his style as wanting to be known as the "funnest instructor" and not the "hardest instructor." In addition, he has been signing since high school and his "voice" carries in the cycling room as he sings along (and also encourages his participants) as well to help motivate them through his class.
Outside of the Cycling room, Greg is an HR Professional and enjoys golf, road cycling and yoga.
