I have been a fitness enthusiast since my early twentys.
Back then, going to the gym to work out or participate in a group excercise class was a challenge for me as a working mom with two small children. My philosophy was to bring the gym to my living room. I regularly worked out using VHS tapes from prevention magazine. Mainly calisthenics, I loved my work out time!! I also enjoy hiking, biking and joging. Eventually as my children grew older, I was able to get back into the gym working out and taking class. I have studied/practied Yoga for over 10 years. Recently I discovered Zumba Fitness and I haven't looked back!! I contract with area gyms to teach/instruct Zumba Basic, Aqua Zumba and Beginning Yoga. I absolutely love being a Fitness instructor and sharing this with my students.In addition to my enthusiasm for exercise I also work full time as a Public Health Admintrative Specialist.
Fitness and Health are important aspects in my life and I wouldn't have it any other way!!
