Brandy Ramirez

My name is Brandy Ramirez and I currently live in Kingman, Arizona. Kingman is a small town with a small town feel that works well for me and my family. Originally I am from California, and lived in too many cities to list them all. My Mother liked to move and as a child, I was just along for the ride, but this taught me to be open and accepting to change.

Motherhood is a job that I take great pride in and as such, when my children were very small I wanted to devote all of my time to my family. To date, I have 3 lovely children and 3 businesses  help to run along with my husband. We own a used car dealership, my husband is a Professional Boxing Promoter, and I own/teach Yoga and Pilates Reformer, as well as an Ab Works class.

Last year my youngest child started school full-time and this allowed me to work on my college degree, I am currently in the process of receiving my Bachelors Degree in Science and Health. My philosophy is to learn as much as I can in the short time that I am on this planet. I press on to my children the importance of a college degree and training their bodies. Two of the are competitve gymnist and the other is a competitive swimmer.

In my spare time I training and compete in the Ironman 70.3 series. Needless to say I am a bit busy. Yoga is my time to center myself and relieve my stress. I find great enjoyment in helping my students reach their health goals. You wil always find a smile on my face as a student realizes their own ability and acheives a better stress then they thought possible. It is truly a gift that has been bestowed unto me and I love using my knowledge to help others, I am blessed!
