Most adults know that stuck, stiff feeling of spending all day sitting at a desk—I did too. Exercise empowered me to realize my full potential—physically & mentally—and I couldn’t wait to share this experience with others. Having experienced some injuries and challenges myself, I sought out research and training to help me lead anyone, of any physical ability, to their fittest, healthiest potential.
