-Coordinate outdoor and indoor boot camp for individuals who like to be pushed to extreme measures.

-Male and female participants ages 17 - 55, with 10 -23 members, team to accomplish new challenge weekly.

-Developed series of tasks including tire carrying, hill training, trail running, resistant training, agility drills, TRX training, and strength circuits.

-Provided members with homework assignments to do at home or in gym. Including basic resistant training, and high interval training.

-Create and provide fitness test on first day and final day of boot camp. Test for strength, endurance, and stamina, with expectation for improvement by the end of the 6 weeks.

-Client performance increased to participate in first 5k race, weight loss up to 12lbs in 6-week period along with double strength gains.

-Injuries include torn rotators, fuse disks, nerve damage in spin and foot, broken back, knee replacement, tendentious in ankle, carpal tunnel, and other muscle pulls.

-Interned as Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac Rehabilitation outpatient program designed to reduce risk of further heart disease and coach them on better way of life.

-Monitored patients by taking and recording heart rate/blood pressures prior to, during, and post exercise.

-Recorded patients exercise MET levels, documenting each machine patient used for exercise, recorded time/ frequency/ and mode at which they performed.

-Assigned new exercise goals for patients with supervisors permission to do so.  

-Witnessed stress tests and images of blood flow circulating the body through Ultra-sound.
