• Graduated from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Specialization in Global Development Studies and a minor in Political Science
• Attended the University of Melbourne, Australia as a study abroad student enrolled in their International and Political Studies Program

• November 2011 – February 2012 worked as an educator at lululemon athletica, on VM team
• June – November 2011 worked as an administration assistant at Moksha Yoga Markham, keyholder
• March 2011 – taught Aquafit and assisted with yoga at the Blue Bay Villas in Dominican Republic
• September 2009 – May 2011- worked at the Western Student Recreation Centre as a membership services associate and fitness instructor trained in all aspects of customer service and facilities
• September 2008-2010 – assisted with marketing, clerical work and phone campaigning for prospective students at Huron University College, London, ON
• Summer 2008, 2009, 2010 – worked in Information Security and Control at the Scotiabank Technical head offices as a security research and business analyst, promoting security awareness, building internal reporting processes and organizing and implementing corporate golf tournaments

§  April – June 2012 completed Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia with YogaWorks

§  April 2011 – gave the farewell speech at the Graduation Banquet for Graduates of 2011

§  Summer 2009 – certified by Can-fit Pro as a FIS (Fitness Instructor Specialist), Schwinn Cycle certified

§  2009 – Recipient of the Seanna and Nicole Strongman scholarship celebrating excellence in academics, citizenship, community service,  involvement in athletic and the arts and leadership

§  January 2010 represented The University of Western  on behalf of Campus Recreation as a Delegate at the NIRSA (National Intramural Recreation Student Association) Lead-On Conference in Detroit, Michigan

§  2009-10 Member of the Huron University Students Council Executive as the Vice-President of Student Affairs

o    Responsible for 7 commissioners and their initiatives on Student’s Council

o    Sit on 10 different committees and councils (Faculty of Arts and Social Science Council, Academic Council, Ancillary Board Protocol Committee, Campus and Community Affairs Committee, Disciplinary Board Committee, Upper Council, Lower Council, Equity and Diversity Committee, Huron University College Corporation and Vice President Coalition Council)

§  September 2009 Participant in the Scotiabank Waterfront Half Marathon

§  Summer 2009 Completed Running Room Half Marathon Clinic
