Stefanie Tovar

Stefanie began her journey of fitness and wellness as a performing artist in 2002 beginning with Dance Fitness Formats of Cardio Hip Hop, Tech Hop, and Cardio Latin Dance formats.  She performed onstage and in various clubs and functions as a Hip Hop and African Dancer for EnMotion Inc and performed internationally as a musical theatre performer utitlizing her jazz and musical theatre backgroud with Sesame Street Live. 

Stefanie discovered yoga when she went with a fellow dancer to sweat and enjoy movement in a different way; and soon experienced many benefits of Yoga. As Stefanie toured with various productions as a musical theatre performer, she realized that yoga gave her a sense of home and balance, no matter where her suitcases landed in her travels. As she deepened her practice, she became very passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga. She received her 200hr Yoga Certification in 2008 in Dallas, Texas and feels honored to share the journey with you.
