Hello, My name is Emily Reed.  Finding balance between the demands of everyday life and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is what first ignited my passion for fitness.  I have been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and also earned my personal training certification. I find the confidence and strength acquired from the group training experience to be life-changing. Through my classes and training, I seek to motivate, inspire and encourage the average person to achieve excellence and exceed their personal best. I enjoy customizing workouts for individuals to feel successful in the fitness journey. 

Group Training Classes

My group training classes are customized to the participants within it. I will do dynamic, multi-functional moves for every level of fitness.  Compound workouts with focus on multiple muscle groups are my favorite types of workouts.  I also teach a glutes and abs combination class that is very popular with the ladies.  With my experience in group fitness and my AFFA Certification, I am qualified to structure a class to meet the needs of every individual.
