I came form a very unhealthy background. Though filled with love, we lacked fitness and nutrition knowledge.
I came across yoga over 10 years ago and my teacher suggested I get certified to teach.
Since then I have gone on to become a trainer as well as get over a dozen other teaching certification for movement ranging from weight to dance and mind/body.
I own my own business, providing private sessions as well as corporate programs and consulting.
I have also written and published 2 books on healthy weight loss: Your Guide to Lasting Weight Loss and The Little Fit Book.
