Lisa Stephenson

My name is Lisa Stephenson andI am fitness Instructor in Gwinnett Ga. I am 39 years old and I never thougth my journey would lead to a career in fitness. I have always battled my weight being over 90 pounds over weight before first being a member then an instructor at the local Ymca. My journey of losing 95 pounds has helped me to be the best instructor that I can be. I love my job and the best thing is the members that I took classes are the same members that I instruct ..The members feel very inspired to see someone like me complete my journey..My mentors all encouraged me to become an instrutor because they saw my dedication as a member in achieving my weightloss goals. I have been teaching at the Ymca for over 5 Years..I am now increasing every year on learning as many new and different new ways to improve mind , body, and Spriit. I would love the opportunity to help more people achieve their fitness goals and also stay healty and well.
