I have been a group exercise instructor for the past 8 years.  I have taught and currently teach several different types of group exercise classes ranging from cardio, dance, abs, sculpting, and conditioning classes.  I am certified to teach bodypump, hot hula, Ppin, Nike Training Club, and Turbo Kick boxing as a group exercise instructor.  I am also a personal trainer who trains one on one and in a group setting.
