I have been practicing different types of yoga for over 20 years. I teach Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) because I felt its powerful effect on myself and see its immediate healing effect on my students of different ages. Upon being awarded a Yoga Teaching Certification from UCSD, I continued my yoga journey to India. Living in an ashram, in Himalayan Mountains, I studied Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with some of the best Kundalini masters. I currently teaches Kundalini Yoga at UCSD, and other locations.
