Hello and greetings,

I AM CERTIFIED AS AN ERYT200 YOGA, LEVEL3 MAT PILATES, MADD DOG SPINNING, WEIGHT&CONDITIONING CONSULTANT, CARDIO KICKBOX& ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR!

I love it all!

I absolutely love fitness and practice what I preach.  I never miss the conference in Atlantic City to renew my present certifications and stay up-to-date on new fitness generas.  My latest love is Piloxing. I find it to be fast paced and fun and people love, love love it.  I also teach a kids program created by the YMCA called CATCH.  Its all about keepin them movin.

Phys Ed was my favorite class in high school.  My bike was my best friend because it allowed me to move it.  I began running a seriously biking in college and took many fitness classes.  When I finished with my education and raising my children I decided to get as fit as possible and since I loved it soooooooo much and workout everyday, why not get certified.  I first got certified in spin and cardio-kickbox and taught at Rutgers University.  Next I applied at LA Fitness and found a great place to work.  At the same time I am a high school teacher, Psychology. There is also a Psychology to fitness. People need to be motivated and learn how to make fitness fun.

I provide that for my students. I taught at the Community Education at the same time I taught at Rutgers and LA Fitness.  I built a following and now only teach my classes at FRanklin Community Ed and Rec Center.  I started with about 4 or 5 students and built it up to a great class of about 40 whoo hoo!  We have great fun.

I give prizes for most enthusiastic, perfect attendance and word of the week.  I send out emails to remind people of the next class.  We laugh, sweat and have a great fun!  I give prrizes such as $ off next session, motivatinal bracelets, water bottles, mats and bandanas.  I give a big party at the end with healthy food and during the session will sometimes bring in health snacks.

This is mee
