Being a fun a innovative fitness instructor and personal trainer is where my heart and soul life for. I'm from San Juan puerto Rico a former major league soccer cheerleader, dancer and cheer coach. In 2006 I moved to Mexico where I began officially my fitness life. My specialty is obese children and adults. I study and plan my class to fulfill my clients 100 percent. Not only do I change there lives from the outside in and make sure they never stop pushing and learning. My classes are my pride and joy. Having fun and making them smile and to learn how to love yourself.
