Carla Taylor

I am a Physical Therapist, a group fitness instructor, a Spinning Instructor, and a personal trainer. I am also, a runner, a rock climber, a weight lifter, a beach lover, a mentor, a motivator, amongst many other components that make me who I am and activities I love to do. I have taught kickboxing, muscle sculpting/club strength, boot camp/ sports conditioning, beginner step, hi/lo, bosu circuit training, cycling, stretching, and senior fit classes. I have done races ranging from 5K-half marathons, competed in local bench press power lifting competitions, and lived in Hawaii for almost 2 years enjoying the best beaches in the US. I firmly believe in "living your life to the fullest" and I am willing to try almost any new/interesting activity. While living on the island, I have ski dived, hiked up Koko head, rock climbed, and surfed at Waikiki beach in Hawaii. I love being fit and teaching my participants, clients, and patients the importance of incorporating physical activity into their lives.
