I am currently a yoga instructor for the yoga patch. I also teach classes at the ymca and sub at Woodside tennis and health club. I have taken my 200 hr. cert. at the yoga school of therapeutics and have also taken level 1 and 2 and prenatal with yoga fit. I have taken classes to be able to teach kids yoga and restorative yoga.
