Sarah Barnewold

I have been certified through ACE since 1999.  I started working at Equinox NYC in 1999.  In 2000 I became certfied in Pre and Post Natal, in 2003 I became an NSCA-CPT and had my first child.  I left Equinox in 2004 and moved to Florida. In 2005 I had my second child,  I became a Babybootcamp certified instuctor in 2006.  In 2008 I started my own company New Baby New Body, a group personal training program for new and expecting moms.  Currently, in addition to New Baby New Body and my private personal clients, I am enrolled at South University studying Physical Therapy Assisting.
