I began my yoga journey about six years ago and found it to be a foundation of my well being. It started as a physical practice on the mat to build balance, flexibility and strength to complement my other activities and has become a an exercise to take off the mat into other areas of my life. I enjoy teaching all levels of students,. Each individual is different and part of the magic of yoga is that each person can be met on their level with challenges unique to them. My primary style is a power/vinyasa linking breath and movement. Each individual is different and I offer modifications so that each person is met on their level with challenges tailored to them.
