Lanna has always had a passion for body movement and overall wellness. After nine years of competitive gymnastics, she transitioned into dance, where she trained at several highly regarded dance institutions throughout the country. Along the way, Lanna began to suffer from chronic lower back pain, and through her rehab work she discovered Pilates. Lanna was drawn to the progressive style of the contemporary method, and she completed the Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training through the Body Arts & Science International. Lanna graduated from DePaul University in 2010, and she now looks forward to guiding others on their journey to improving health, wellness and body awareness.
