Kate Schartel Novak

Kate Schartel Novak is a dedicated educator, instructional leader, and community advocate with over 20 years of experience in K–12 classrooms, virtual instruction, and professional development. She has served organizations including Air Tutors, Proximity Learning, and VIPTeach, where she led teacher training, curriculum development, and teacher community initiatives. A Wish Granter for Make-A-Wish and Service Unit Delegate, National Council Session Delegate, and troop leader for Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, she also shares her passion for service and empowerment as a seasoned pageant competitor and coach, group fitness and yoga instructor, and board member for the Lehigh University Alumni Association and Pfaff Elementary Parent Teacher Organization.
