As a therapist, she has worked in the outpatient orthopedic, skilled nursing, home health and aquatic environments. She found her niche as an aquatic rehabilitation specialist working with athletes, general orthopedic conditions and the senior population.

Before becoming an independent contractor, she was the director of an aquatic center working with both clinical and community based programs, as a trainer for other therapists in the water, and as an aquatic exercise instructor.

She has developed her own aquatic rehabilitation program now in use by clinics. Her personal training skills have transferred to the water using state-of-the-art resistive equipment. Some of the specific programs and conditions she is able to assist with are injury prevention, post-rehabilitation training, sports-specific conditioning, cross training, water running, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and post-polio.

Her group emphasis is outdoor aquatic exercise and boot camp that will make you grunt and smile all within the same session. Her passion is to be able to motivate others to help them achieve their goals and live a well balanced life with exercise and good eating habits.
