I have always had a passion and desire for fitness growing up. I ran track and cross country in high school and then my first two years of college. I started doing half and full marathons and got addited to it. I had a small group of people who wanted to try and run a half and asked if i would train them. I have always worked in an office enviroment. So i started to reach out to employees and get them motivated to move. I then asked to head up a wellness commite as well to get them involved in outdoor activities that took place in the community. I started teaching a small size boot camp on my lunch hour about maybe ten people and now it has grown to about 20 people. I decide that i needed to go ahead and get certified and make it offical. Today i am teaching morning boot camps still doing my lunch hour ones and helping form a running group. My goal is to open my studio and be able to expand my clients and help more people get to that goal they have set for themself.
