Started at YMCA in 2000 certified with Cooper institute. Bought curves for women and opened own successful group fit studio. Missed the full wellness atmosphere and was recruited by YMCA metro dallas to be health and wellness coordinator. Love dance based fitness. Very personable and enjoy helping members.
