Daniel Roy

Born and raised in St. Lambert, Quebec, Canada. I have two loving parents and two older brothers. At a very young age I became involved in all types of sports and physical activities. I played soccer, softball, and had downhill skiing, tennis, golf, and swimming lessons. In my teenaage years I turned to basketball and played at a very high level in Quebec for my college years. There I began to learn the importance of training for life and also for sports perfromance. I finished my degree at the University of Concordia and briefly taught english in Japan shorlty after I graduated. Upon returning from Japan I applied to the new downtown Gym at Concordia  and became a part time personal trainer. After a few years I became the manager and I currenlty am in charge of 15 personal trainers and approximately 30 monitors. I enjoy running and biking and staying active every single day.
