I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years.  I have taught at several gyms in the Windsor area.   At one time, I did consider myself to be a cardio nut, as I worked full time and then taught sometimes up to 8 classes a week.  Classes varied, from step, high and low impact, cardio kickboxes, weight classes and ab classes.   I used to run every day and completed two marathons and several half marathons.   From all of this, I ended up with foot surgery and tight hamstrings and ended up turning to yoga.   At this time I have only taught yoga and few ab classes for the past 5 years.  

Yoga is my passion, I read about and do yoga everyday.   Currently I am teaching 3 classes a week.   I recently completed a Certificate Meditation Immersion course at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas.   I plan to teach a meditation course in the fall.  I have gone to two yoga retreats at Maya Tulum in Mexico.
