I have been a Group Fitness Instructor for 15 years and love teaching to small and large groups.  I have taught step aerobics, hi-low, body sculpting, strip-tease aerobics (no pole).  Most recently I am teaching PILOXING, which is a high energy boxing/standing Pilates/dance class that is great for men and women.  I also teach Xtend barre which is Pilates and ballet drills at the barre.  I am certified to the highest level for Pilates through Body Arts & Sciences International as well as Power Pilates.  I teach equipment based Pialtes at my studio in Louisiana that I have owned since 2007.  

 

I love to travel and take classes at every resort I visit.  Most recently in Las Vegas at the Venetioan Resort I taught an impromptu PILOXING class to the instructors at the Canyon Ranch Spa and Fitness Center!  Awesome experience.
