Ø Started a six week weight loss/nutrition “Biggest Loser” program, which was a trend in the South West Fit Zone for Women gyms. Ø Created “Bikini Boot Camp” a six week weight loss program including various components of a traditional boot camp. Ø Launched a personal training program at Fit Zone that included various packages for purchase of one-on-one fitness. Program was new to the Fit Zone clubs. Ø Developed step and tone aerobic classes as part of an internship program for Green Mountain at Fox Run women’s resort. |
