I graduated from Marianne Wells Yoga school in March 2012.
I have always been physically active but I found yoga's combination of strength, balance, endurance and focus to be unique. After four years of regular practise I realised that I wanted to further my knowledge and decided to go on teacher training to become a qualified yoga teacher.
Maintaining my own practice is very important to me and I hope that I am able to inspire others too. I feel like the journey has only just started and there are so many opportunities to learn and grow.
I am also a qualified gym instructor and Anatomy plays an important part in my teaching as does the powerful healing quality of the breath and the importance of relaxation and meditation.
