Joy Leaneagh

I have always been a sports enthusiest and continue to be one who is always taking on new and exciting sports.  I have been participating at the Brighton Recreation Center for about 4 years.  About 2 years ago, I began teaching Water Aerobics at the Center and am now a certified A-PAI instructor.  Recently I have taken on subbing for Silver Sneakers classes in Cardio, MSROM and Yoga.  I continue to participate on a regular basis in almost all classes offered at the Center.  The program is excellent and enjoy my participation there immensely.  I am looking forward to teaching more classes as time goes on.
