Sybil Drbal

Sybil is a Power Yoga instructor from Aurora, Colorado.  She is a stay at home mother of 3 and an avid yogi.  Sybil has been active in Denver's yoga community since 2007.  Experience includes Store Manager for Lululemon Athletica (a major yoga clothing retailer) and Studio Manager for CorePower Yoga.  Sybil credits yoga both her pre and post-natal health.  "Yoga allows me to take care of myself first, so I can better take care of my children."
