About Me:
I decided to become a personal trainer after participating for
several years in boot camps. The motivation and inspiration I received
from my trainer and fellow campers convinced me that that is what I
wanted to do - help others reach their fitness goals. Besides improving my
physical health, a regular fitness plan affected other areas of my life in
unexpected, positive ways. There was no denying it - my mood improved,
my confidence increased, and I generally just wanted to take better
care of myself. Because I care about other people and their wellbeing,
I made the choice to pass along what I have learned and, hopefully, inspire others.
Personal training with me can address many areas of fitness conditioning
and may include any of the following, adapted to your particular needs
and goals:
• Core fitness and balance
• Increasing strength
• Increasing flexibility and mobility
I welcome the opportunity to train people of all ages and fitness
levels. Each client’s strengths and needs are unique, and so I design
each person’s program to specifically suit them. I strive to keep each
workout challenging, motivating and fun.
When I'm not training, I enjoy being outdoors – hiking, jogging,
playing tennis or working in my garden. I also like to travel and spend
time with my family.
