Yoga dabbler for 35 years who got serious about it 4 years ago (bucket list item #4). Started teacher training with YogaFit, while beginning to volunteer teach in 2010. Switched to local studio for 200 hr RYT completion in 2012. currently teaching 2-3 times per week. Personal preference for YinYoga (for meditative & flexibility purposes) but enjoy an energizing vinyasa to build energy. Now looking at Tai Chi or NIA to add a bit of movement to daily practice. A 'young' slim 62 year old baby boomer intending to stay that way with yoga.
