Currently resides in Springfield, Missouri.Traveled the U.S. and Germany thru the armed forces she has met and still keeps in touch with a large variety of people.

Industry History (hey that rhymes!):  She has been actively participating in this field for over 13 years.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Truman State University http://hes.truman.edu/ .

Current Certifications:ACSM - HFS; Resistaball; Silver Sneakers I,II, yogastretch I,II; & AFAA-Group X.   FiTour-GroupX;pilates,yoga,kickboxing,indoor cycling,boot camp,group barbell,core & functional fitness

Personal Achievements:  She has completed two 10K.  She has worked with the local high school atheletic programs and local fire department to improve their fitness regimens.  She personal trains several clients of various fitness levels and goals.  She leads a long list of classes.  She loves to teach various classes and enjoys the spur of the moment pattern. Opened a spa, salon, and personal training studio.

Finding God:  She has received several compliments on her emails "final thoughts"  'The Will of God will never take you where the Power of God will not protect you'  She firmly believes God has a plan for us all, but he takes us through life in baby steps. (just like a fitness program - take it in baby steps)

Work History:  She started small - McDonalds (just for a few days); Asst. Mgr-Subway; Supervisor-St. John's Fitness Center; ProTrainer-FiTour; Personal Trainer Lecturer-WITS/OTC; IBO

What left?:   She is always searching for ways to improve herself mentally, physically, and spiritually.
