Everybody needs daily workouts; the question is what type of exercise is best?
Not everybody want to “pump it up” but want better health, more energy, tone up, and a boost in brain power.
This can be accomplished with daily exercise and yes I am proof of that. Here’s my story. March /2006
So there I was, selling real estate, minding my own business until I felt a lump. I was diagnosed with stage 4 Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Eight treatments later, I was in remission, and realized I need to rebuild my endurance, and strength, for daily living.
I started at the local Y with water aerobics. Upon finishing my first class, my legs were rubbery, and I was exhausted. Here’s the kicker, the class was mainly for seniors. Yes, they kicked my butt. I started working in the fitness room and I am now an ACE certified personal trainer and group x instructor.
I work with people of all ages, whether it’s helping with strength, endurance, balance, or toning the confidence, and transformation is wonderful.
Ok so I am still working on the brain empowerment, especially when I am still putting chemo in my body. Not the big stuff, just maintenance; I proudly say I have “chemo brain”, and doing pretty well.
