Marilu Recurt

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with a Bachelor Degree in Physical Science, I'm a professional with more than 25 years of experience in the Wellness and Fitness field.  Working for Johnson and Johnson as a Health Promotion Manager for more than 20 years, I designed, developed, and implemented new programs, activities and strategies to improve family health.  Winner of the Johnson & Johnson Managers Award I always go an extra mile to provide my clients a state of the art program to reach their goals.  Recipient of a full sports scholarship at the University of Puerto Rico, I gain recognition for my performance including accomplishments like: 4 College Volleyball Championships, 1 College Tennis Championship, 1 Professional Volleyball Championship, 2003 USTA National Championship, 2004 Banco Popular Tennis Champion.

My philosophy is that: Being part of the Health and Wellness Fitness community gave me the knowledge and tools to contribute in the well-being of my clients although, I can’t increase the time they are going to live –That’s up to God – I can greatly improve their quality of life while they are alive and that’s priceless!”
