Cindy Bell

Cindy is a partner/owner of Pedal Spin Studio Montrose. A Kansas native and Midwestern girl at heart, she had spent 8 years in the advertising industry only to discover that life behind a desk was not doing anything for her backside. Her sister-in-law and partner Michelle dragged her to her first spin class where she fell in love (well…she threw up…then fell in love) with indoor cycling. It is a workout she truly believes in, not only for the physical benefits, but also the mind clearing, stress reducing endorphin rush you get once you start pumping the pedals and loosing yourself in the music. Cindy’s playlists include a little something from everyone from Tina Turner to Tom Jones, from Fall Out Boy to Seal. Her vision was to create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, confident and strong. Nothing pumps her up more than seeing new riders come in, hesitant at first, and leave glowing with pride and accomplishment. She is truly glad you came!
